A cover for a book I’ve read: The Odyssey, as translated by Emily Wilson
I highly recommend this translation! It’s my first exposure to The Odyssey (except that one class I took in uni about the Underworld and the Afterlife, where I had to read some extracts from a different translation), and I am glad it is! The unpretentiousness of the language coupled with its realness of approach is… *chef’s kiss*. I can’t wait for whenever Wilson’s The Illiad comes out.
